Pilot refers to the pilot episode that is made for a new upcoming series and what takes the project “off
ground” (Abdul 2022). The idea behind this concept is sitcoms, taking major inspiration from the formulae

moodboard on “It Girl” Lauryn Hill. Featuring the 90s and bringing that humour that was seen through the formulae collages.

This bio shoot will also take inspiration from the hit 90s sitcom, Fresh Prince of Belair. Starring Will Smitt as the protagonist (Bissoy 2016). The mix of colours, pattern clash and fun expressions is what makes this Pilot, the Pilot. Tying it quite well with all the bold colours and patterns we are seeing in fashion (Coughlan 2022).
